Yes, I’m seeking the office of Parish President.

I’m reaching out to you not just as a candidate, but as a member of our community, a business owner, and a public servant who deeply believes in the promise and potential of Iberia Parish.

Currently, I serve as the mayor for the City of New Iberia. Due to term limits, this will eventually come to an end, but I have a strong desire to continue to serve our community. Rest assured, I will perform my duties in this position until my last day. My actual hands-on experience running local government as the largest municipality in Iberia Parish sets me apart from other potential candidates.

Our campaign is all about doing better when it comes to creating a user-friendly government, growing local businesses, attracting new businesses for job creation, all while building a parish that works for all of us. My business and governmental experience have always been about action.

As your next Parish President, I will:

• Cut red tape and make it easier to start and/or run a small business here in Iberia Parish
• Develop pro-business policies, action plans with funding sources, and marketing strategies to attract the types of businesses and services we need and want in Iberia Parish
• Invest in all areas of our infrastructure, including drainage, roads, sewer, and parish-owned facilities
• Continue to utilize my grant experience to bring needed projects to our parish as I have done for the city
• Create a user-friendly government that understands it’s YOUR government

This approach improves our quality of life and promotes private investment here in Iberia Parish.

Unfortunately, campaigns are expensive and I can’t do it alone. It takes you: the citizens of Iberia Parish, business owners, and community leaders.
